Now you can duplicate the existing task type to new types with no effort at all
While duplicating the original type you can manipulate the new task type to better suit your needs.
Don't forget to insert a new name it is the only mandatory field !

Please note! 
Task type names are not case sensitive and the system will not allow two tasks with the same name (Example "QC","qc","Qc" are regarded as the same)

New in the Change range page we added Dates valid status to help you keep tabs of all the dates!



All No filter.
Valid dates only Filter only orders/steps/tasks that have valid dates.
Invalid dates only Filter only orders/steps/tasks that have invalid dates.

New ! Non flexible date indicator has arrived !

The new indicator is available in 4 different places throughout the system.
  • Series
  • Template
  • Order
  • Task

Series

The series Date not flexible check-box was added to the Series information page.
The new indicator enables the manager to determine that all new orders created for the series will have order level non flexible dates meaning all of its tasks will have non flexible dates!

Template

The template Date not flexible check-box was added to the Template tasks page.
The new indicator enables the manager to determine that all new orders created for the series will have specific task level non flexible dates meaning only tasks based on the marked template task will have a non flexible date!

Order

The order button/indicator was added to the the following pages:
  • Orders
  • Tabular orders update

The new button/indicator enables the manager to determine that All order tasks will have non flexible dates!

All task dates are non flexible at order level.
No order level flexibility set. (does not indicate task level flexibility!)

Task

The task button/indicator was added to the the following pages:
  • My tasks
  • Tasks
  • Employee allocation to task
  • Order task - info
  • Schedule - in the task grid
  • Rapid task allocation to employee
  • Quick employee tasks assigning
  • Employee set task priority

The new button/indicator enables the manager to determine that a specific task will have non flexible dates!

Task date is non flexible. This can be from order level or from task level.
Task level flexibility not set. (this will appear only in button mode for managers)

Please note !
Order level flexibility cannot be changed at task level and vice versa!

Task date binding just got better !

Rebind a task back to it's bonded dates :

Adjacent to the "Internal delivery date" we added new button.



Date is bound Pressing the button will result in a message.
Date is not bound Pressing the button rebind the date to the original date.

Please note !
Order level bind button has different button behavior.

Pressing the button will result in a message.
Pressing the button open Order task info enabling the user to change the date binding.

Rebind all the tasks dates at once !


In the Order task info page the user can rebind all the tasks dates at once
By pressing the Rebind all dates button located at the bottom of the task grid.


The system does not check or change completed tasks !
