Employee filtering by order type is here

Translation Manager now enables each employee to be attached to order pricing types thus limiting the types of orders the employee can view. increasing security and information distribution within the organization.

This new feature is optional to activate go to :
Administrator » Web administrator » Application configuration page and mark the Filter by order type check-box.







To assign an employee the appropriate Order type/Price list type go to :
Administrator » Tables » Price list tables » Price list types page.






Select the Employees button and update the appropriate employees.





You now can select specific a employee to assign the Order type/Price list type or add/remove all employees by using the Select/Unselect all button at the bottom of the page.

Please note!
Inactive users cannot be changed by Select/Unselect all operations and can only be changed in specific selection.

For your convenience we also enable the allocation of Order types/Price list types by employee go to :
Manager » Rolodex tables » Users page.
Select the employee you want to update to open the contact information page. Press the Order types button.






Select the Order types button and update the appropriate order type.






You now can select specific a Order type to assign the to the employee selected or add/remove all order types by using the Select/Unselect all button at the bottom of the page.

Consolidated order date update
Just became more flexible

Consolidated order date update is now more customizable



The user can now set up the way dates are copied between step dates by checking the.


The check box changes the way the system updates the dates of the steps in the order:

  1. If checked each date can now be changed manually without effecting the next.  This is intended for the use of companies that translate to a single language and the following languages have specific dates.
  2. If left unchecked the second step (that is a language) copies its date to the rest of the following steps. This is intended for the use of companies that translate to a single language and the from that language translate to all additional languages. 
Please note ! 
This setting is global and effects all users using this page.

Employee availability has arrived



Employees can now report there availability to perform tasks.



Manager assigning an employee can now see the availability of the employee in the date selector enabling the manager to take into consideration the employees requests.
