New Rapid task allocation to employee

Set task date in 3 ways :

1. Set Task date and select the Task required date in the Set date by combo-box.
2. Select Step delivery date in the Set date by combo-box to set the target language date to the task.
3. Select Order internal supply date in the Set date by combo-box to set the internal order date to the task.

Quick filtering of both Employee and Tasks in one go :

Languages and Task combo-boxes filter both grids, removing unqualified employees from the Employee grid list while filtering the Tasks grid at the same time.
